These terms describe use of FramePluck, an independent web service operated from mainland China for users worldwide. By using FramePluck, you agree to use it lawfully and to respect the rights of people shown in any media you process.
The free Core tool extracts still frames in your browser. The optional AI Guide creates a visual draft from the 2–6 frames you select, their timestamps and source name, and the task description you provide. It does not receive the source video, audio, transcript or unselected frames.
You are responsible for your account and for having the rights and permissions needed to process your media. Do not use the service to upload unlawful, confidential or sensitive material unless you accept the data flow described on the Privacy Notice.
Paid plans are not offered until FramePluck has an approved domain, active products and verified payment notifications. When paid plans become available, the checkout page will show the applicable price and recurring terms before purchase.
FramePluck is provided as available. We may limit or suspend access to protect the service, comply with law, or address abuse. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
