This notice explains what FramePluck handles for the browser extractor, accounts and selected-frame AI Guide.
Core frame extraction runs in your browser. The source video and exported frames stay on your device unless you choose another browser or system action to share them.
An account stores your email-based sign-in, task status, selected-frame previews, timestamps, source filename and task description. To generate an AI Guide, FramePluck sends only those 2–6 selected preview frames and related text to its hosted AI provider. The source video, audio, transcript and unselected frames are not sent.
AI jobs and small previews are private to your account and are marked for expiry after 30 days. The external AI provider may apply its own retention rules; FramePluck does not represent that provider's retention as local deletion.
Paid checkout is currently unavailable. If it is enabled, Paddle will process payment and provide the payment, customer and subscription events needed to deliver the selected plan. FramePluck will keep only the service records needed for account access, quota and support.
